Starving Little Children
Okay so it's 3:00 in the morning and I can't really sleep right now and one of those annoying infomercials just came on saying, "for only pennies a day you can feed this child and put shoes on her feet." So does anybody else find it just a little disturbing that they go over to which ever impoverished country it is, and instead of helping the children, they pull out their fancy shmancy cameras and FILM THEM WALKING BARE FOOT AND STARVING!! Is that not just the slightest bit cruel! And then they have the nerve to ask ME for money. Please!

Great thought! I never really looked at it that way, but very good point. And not too mention that they're probably drivin' in their gas guzzlin' Hum-V's and SUV's, with bullet proof/tinted windows...Yeah how much did those bad boys cost!!!
I still think it raises more awareness. Even if those people could spend more of tehir money on the children, that still doesn't amount to nearly as much as the children get from other people that see the show and make a pledge. Plus, the company usually only takes 10% of the money to run and the other 90% goes to the children
